Are you future-proof?
U Thrive is modern non-profit organisation that envisions to contribute to developing a value-based society through innovative education.
Our organisation provides training and coaching services aimed at supporting the development of 21st century skills of youngsters aged 14-18 years old.
Our mission is to empower young people to find innovative solutions to the world’s challenges. We do so by partnering with schools to make the shift towards acquiring practical skills, by adding them to the core content of the curriculum.
Our training and coaching programs are designed to encourage adolescents to reach their full potential and work with their undiscovered creativity and strengths in order to become responsible, well-educated and brave future leaders.
We provide a set of services that can nourish their capacities and add the missing parts of their puzzle-shaped personality, and help them find their own voice.
Together, we will create a safe space, free of judgment. Each student will acquire practical life skills at their own pace and according to their own priorities. In this student-centered learning environment, using their own curiosity and courage, they will be able to strengthen skills like Communication, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Grit, Agency, Adaptability and Leadership.
Our values reflect the path that U Thrive chose to take in order to turn its vision into reality and make it possible for young people to reach their true potential.
We help young people discover their strengths and use them wisely!

We believe in the power of giving back out of gratitude and generosity.
At U Thrive, we all have an inner need to connect, to contribute. We are determined to see and hear the needs of those less privileged around us and to reach to them. We believe that meaning comes from what we give rather than from what we receive.
You too contribute to making someone’s life better when buying one of our services. Giving is in our budget. We are making a public commitment that U Thrive will donate 10% of its revenue to a charitable cause.
At this moment this cause is an educational project: Mulimu Wa Babalela School from Zambezi Region, Namibia, Africa.
With courage you can conquer a world – but only with compassion can you heal and build it.
